Tye went to the Good Guys Car Show with his dad and his 2 grandpas. What a treat! (Hey Rob, when is your car gonna look like this?!)
I can't believe my daughter is EIGHT! And eight is GREAT! Lucy is a delightful little girl- cheerful, creative, talented. My parents drove in for the weekend and Rob's dad flew in from California. Papa Davis and Rob took the kids fishing on Friday -didn't catch a thing but had a blast anyway. On Saturday afternoon was Lucy's baptism- we were joined by lots of good friends for her special day. Afterward we had a BBQ at the park, we played baseball and ate good food and had fun visiting.
Lucy was baptized by her Papa Davis and then confirmed by her Grandpa Bill. That was reallyspecial for her.
Jake with Grandpa Bill. Jake found this Broncos jersey at a yard sale and LOVES it. He especially loves to tease his dad because Rob hates the Broncos-we have a bit of a Raiders vs Broncos rivalry at our house. Jake claims that he can like the Broncos because he was born in Colorado, but he is quick to add "But I still like the COUGARS"

What a nice baptism! To have BOTH grandfathers involved was special. Congratulations Lucy, you are a very special young lady, and so pretty! Love Aunt Cheryl
